This Amendment No. 1 to the Schedule 13G (this “Amendment”) is being filed on behalf of Bradley Louis Radoff relating to the Common Stock, $0.001 par value (the “Common Stock”), of Global Axcess Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Issuer”), purchased by Mr. Radoff.

This percentage is determined by dividing the number of shares beneficially held by Mr. Radoff by 22,738,885, the number of shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of November 14, 2012, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 19, 2012.
